Our Service A&A Softplay offer a friendly, family service. Our uniformed staff will deliver and set up the equipment for you, and pack away and remove the equipment at the end of the hire period. Our rates are per day - not hour or half day - so if your event is 2 hours or 8 hours, the price remains the same. Supervising at events As a rule, we do not supervise the equipment. It is hired by the customer and we return at the end of the hire period. If you would like us to attend an event, we may be willing to supervise the equipment by arrangement. We are not a creche facility and are not licensed or insured for this. Parents/guardians must always be responsible for their own children if we are supervising. Alternatively, we may be willing to purchase a trade stand. Please call us to discuss your requirements. Children's parties & toddler groups When we hire to children's parties and to toddler groups, each child receives a balloon from us. In the case of birthday parties, christenings, etc., the party child also receives a small gift from us. So don't forget to let us know when you book. |
